Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, All Platinum Members will continue to have access to all fo their previously available Training Programs and Q&A recordings prior to June 2018 regardless of which Alumni Program they choose if any.
You can cancel anytime in the first 30 days from the date of enrollment. Notify our team 3 days prior to your billing. Then because your benefits include event attendance with real costs, you must commit to 6 months, at whichever elite level you have chosen or you may downgrade to a lower alumni program which are month to month with a simple email to [email protected]. Cancelations are required 3 days prior to next months charge.
Your access to the Archive library will end if you drop below RARE, you can however download the audios where available prior to canceling your RARE level access.
Originally Platinum partnerships were provided for exactly that reason to support 1 business with 2 partners, however some partnerships have not been operating as such, so moving forward, the only partnerships we allow are family partnerships. Otherwise each Platinum Partner needs to have their own individual alumni membership. If your partner is a family member (mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter) and were part of the original platinum membership email us at [email protected] with the partners name and email and relation to you the member.
